Spark offers a diverse musical mix, headlined by indie-rockers Zeus and soulful singer Kae Sun, featuring emerging musicians and a Young Artist Showcase.

Spark is more than a music festival, it’s a network of community driven not-for-profit and student organizations woven with ideas and social proof that getting involved is the way to go!

Waterloo Park is located between Uptown Waterloo and two major universities (WLU and UW). With a capacity of up to 7000, the wide open grass fields surrounded by shaded trees provide an ideal outdoor venue!

Spark Music Festival, a not-for-profit organization run by volunteers, is proud to bring Spark in the Park to you and the Waterloo community.
