USS (www.ussmusic.com) is coming back to Guelph in full force!

Fronted by master craftsman Ash Boo-Schultz (vocals, guitar and ehru) and turntablist hype man extraordinaire Human Kebab. This Toronto based duo demonstrate a remarkable proficiency for erupting dance floors and eliciting widespread audience sing-a-longs.

"You are now, all of you, answering a call."

Their sound is as hard to describe as their name is to say. Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker, better known as USS, are like a campfire after-party with a jungle-rave vibe, progressively two-stepping their way to a dance folk cuddle. Pure intention is the scope they aim through, eliciting dance-floor eruptions is what they’re known for. Science rap on breakbeat tracks anyone?

Along with very special guests My Son the Hurricane (www.myspace.com/mysonthehurricane) as a part of their "Brass To The Future Tour"!

My Son the Hurricane has all 26 feet planted firmly on the ground. The band now in its 2nd year of existence has been touring behind "You Can't Do This" their first full length album on Copperspine Records. The album with new video for "Pushin' Up Daisies" has received much media attention as well as been featured on Much More Music. The new album shows the brass beast at their reed splitting best, and shows the diversity of the big band...slow jams, mid tempo funk numbers and some straight ahead rockers, and features Pocket Dwellers frontman N.I.Gel on the lead single. This diversity makes "You Can't Do This" an album that will be heavily featured in the "Recently Played" section of your ipod.
