Artistic Director Robert Kortgaard has helped build the Leith Summer Festival into a significant seasonal event that attracts a far-flung audience to this beautiful place at the base of the Bruce Peninsula on Georgian Bay. This is Tom Thomson country. He grew to manhood on a neighbouring farm and is buried in the Leith churchyard, next to the concert venue, the Historic Leith Church.
