Adam Wade Gontier is a Canadian rock musician, born on May 25, 1978, in Peterborough, Ontario. He is best known as the co-lead singer, rhythm guitarist, and songwriter for Three Days Grace, and he is also recognized for his work with Saint Asonia. Adam co-founded Three Days Grace in 1992, recording four albums with the band before leaving in 2013, and he returned in 2024 to continue making music with them. Throughout his career, he has been involved with other projects, including Thousand Foot Krutch and Big Dirty Band, and has built a reputation for his powerful vocals, honest songwriting, and dynamic live performances. He is married to Jeanie Marie Gontier, and his music continues to influence the rock and alternative music scene worldwide.
