Emerson Drive is a Canadian country music band formed in 1995 in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Originally named "12 Gauge," the group gained national recognition with their early album Until You Walk the Tracks (1997). Over the years, Emerson Drive has become a staple of contemporary country music, known for their polished harmonies, heartfelt lyrics, and high-energy live performances. The band's core lineup includes Brad Mates (lead vocals), Danick Dupelle (guitar, backing vocals), Mike Melancon (drums), Dale Wallace (keyboard), and David Pichette (fiddle), though additional members have contributed over time. They have released multiple albums including Emerson Drive (2002), What If? (2004), Countrified (2006), Believe (2009), and Roll (2012). With over 60 million global streams, 22 Top 10 singles, and more than 4,500 live shows, Emerson Drive has earned widespread acclaim and numerous awards. The band continues to tour and produce music, maintaining a loyal fanbase in Canada and internationally.
