The James Barker Band is a Canadian country music group formed in Woodville, Ontario in 2013. The band members are James Barker, Taylor Abram, Connor Stephen, and Bobby Martin. They built their career from the ground up, performing in local bars and small venues before achieving national recognition. Known for their energetic performances and relatable lyrics, the band has released albums and EPs including Game On, Singles Only, Ahead of Our Time, and their 2025 album One Of Us. Hit songs include Over All Over Again, Keep It Simple, Lawn Chair Lazy, There's A Drink For That, It's Working, and New Old Trucks. The band has toured extensively across Canada, performing at venues such as London Music Hall, Deerhurst Resort, and Chatham Capitol Theatre, and have won the Juno Award for Country Album of the Year. They are signed to Sony Music Nashville, RECORDS Nashville, and Villa 40.
