guest, Kathryn Ladano
Virtuoso Guy Few takes the stage alongside emerging artist Dave Klassen to present several new works for trumpet, percussion, and string orchestra such as “Roshi” by Kelly Rossum, “The Hollow Men” by Vincent Perischetti, and “Slip of the Tongue” by D. Andrew Stewart (premiered by NUMUS in 1997). A new work, celebrating the 20th anniversary of Stewart’s piece for percussion, bass clarinet and live electronics controlled by movement will be premiered.
