BEACON RUG is a comedy where pranks are pulled, lessons are learned, and all is not what it seems. From ethnic misunderstandings to dire consequences, this two-act play is a prime example of how actions can speak louder than words and have unintended results.
Written by local K-W playwright, Stephen W. Young, (Secret at Woodside; At The Crossroads) the play is inspired by life and events in Kitchener during his youth. It’s an opportunity for people to share in the idiosyncrasies and characterizations integral to a storyline that’s heart is anchored in this community.
Fun and craziness for all ages performed by a all-star cast. Running time including intermission is approximately 2 hours.
Main building is accessible. No accessible washroom. Parking is FREE.
