An internationally recognized expert in traditional Indigenous cuisine and a classically trained chef, he is known for his innovative cuisine. Enjoy a 3-course meal with wine pairings inspired by his book, Cooking with the Wolfman, and hear David share details of his approach and talk about what traditional Indigenous cuisine and today’s focus on local, sustainable foods have in common.

About the author
David Wolfman, member of the Xaxli’p First Nation, is an expert in wild game and traditional Indigenous cuisine and a classically trained chef. He is the executive producer and host of Cooking with the Wolfman.
