Michelle McAvoy is a Wellness and Sleep Coach who helps exhausted parents, children and infants find great sleep. As a former “exhausted mom”, Michelle identifies with tired and stressed parents and knows how challenging life can be for a family not sleeping well. Michelle has been trained and mentored by one of North America’s leading sleep experts, and patients are regularly referred to her by physicians and pediatricians. From newborns to school-aged children, she is able to create a personalized and unique plan for you. Since 2013 she has helped put over 450 families on the path to great sleep.
