Is your baby's sleep off-course? Or, never on course? Michelle McAvoy, owner of Bliss Wellness & Sleep, has solved sleep problems for over 450 families and she's ready to help you solve yours too! Come ready to learn about your child's ideal sleep pattern and environment as well as how to deal with difficult naps and repetitive overnight wakings. Michelle will lead you through the development of a customized sleep plan for your child. You'll leave armed with a written plan and the knowledge you need to make bedtime easy, loving, and even fun for you and your baby. Suitable for parents with children 3-24 months of age. Children are welcome to attend.
