Event type: Ages 18+
Create your own hand-lettered art piece in this class, focused on the basics of hand-lettering and composition. You will benefit from hands-on learning with plenty of one-on-one time. Make the perfect piece for your home or to give away as a gift. This class is beginner-friendly and prior calligraphy or lettering experience is helpful, but not necessary. All supplies and materials are included.
Stephanie is the founder of Simply Steph Ko, an Ottawa-based design studio specializing in custom calligraphy stationery and signage for weddings, events, and businesses. She also turns her artwork into greeting cards and art prints, and teaches at in-person classes around the city to share her creative passion. She began obsessively lettering in the margins of her notes in university and hasn't stopped since.
