Janina Fialkowska is one of the world's great pianists - and also a long-time friend of the KW Chamber Music Society (37 years or so!). She tours the world over, and has fought off two cancer attacks, testifying to her will to carry on - to the huge benefit of audiences everywhere. She is an especial devotee and beautiful exponent of the works of Chopin, to which about half of every program of hers is devoted (by well justified popular demand!)
