Come join Cheryl from Coconut Quartz for this wonderful afternoon mini retreat.
We will welcome you with a glass of healthy & delicious fresh pressed green juice.
Then we breathe in the fresh clean energy of the spring air and start our retreat with some guided mindfulness meditation.
After we will learn about crystals and each of us will create 2 personalized Mala bracelets with crystals that have been chosen for their metaphysical calming & renewal properties.
To finish off our day, we will chat about aromatherapy and you will get to choose an essential oil sample to take home with your 2 bracelets.
