Experience the healing power of vibration through both a meditation and crystal singing bowl sound bath. Cassidy from Just Be Meditation will guide you through an opening meditation, followed by sound therapy with Alexandria Santaguida. Get ready to receive the beautiful healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls. Beginners to meditation are most welcomed, no experience necessary.
Please be sure to bring a mat. Ticket price include class, Indigo journal and pen.
