Summer in the City is throwing Steinbach’s largest social on Friday night of this year’s festival. The SCU Mainstage compound will become party central! Social attenders will be celebrating with several local bands followed by The Epic Eagles Tribute and then dancing the night away with Jukebox Heroes at an outdoor social on Main Street!
What do you get when you bring together 5 esteemed musicians from Canada who also happen to be Eagles aficionados........who revere & feel privileged to perform the timeless music of the Eagles & Don Henley? You get EPIC EAGLES - Canada's Definitive Eagles Tribute Band, bringing you back to the golden days of the legendary band the Eagles all the way through to the present.
JukeBox Heroes is a Winnipeg based classic rock band that performs high-energy hits that helped shape Rock 'n' Roll from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s and 90’s. Their live performances will take you back in time and get you up and moving with classics from Aerosmith, Queen, and ACDC, Weezer, Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers to name a few..
JBH (for short) also covers a number of great Canadian Rock classics from artists like Colin James, April Wine, and Streetheart. If you are a fan of Classic Rock, or just Rock, and want to enjoy your favourites with added energy and passion, then the Friday Night Festival Social is for you!
