Many parents prepare for the birth but not for all of the new experiences that come with caring for their new bundle of joy. This workshop is designed to fill in the gap! This 90 minute workshop is a practical and informative class intended to help you feel ready for life with a new baby. Attendees will learn about postpartum recovery as well as cloth and disposable diapers, feeding your baby, swaddling, bathing and so much more!
