Whiskey Jack performed as Stompin' Tom's all-star back up band for many years. It's their personal relationship with Tom that sets this show apart from the other tribute shows flooding the market. There's nothing fake about this show!
Whiskey Jack’s band leader Duncan Fremlin began touring and recording with Stompin’ Tom in 1990 and continued to perform with this great Canadian troubadour until his death in 2013. This show features all the hits like Sudbury Saturday Night, The Hockey Song and Tillsonburg. They’ll even sing Tom’s least favourite tune. This friendship produced many crazy behind the scenes shenanigans with Tom …the marijuana caper, the “almost got fired” incident and more! .
