Join us to discover the world of Partner Yoga. This two (2) hour workshop is designed to explain and practice the basic elements of AcroYoga. Participants will be guided through proper alignment, safety and communication with their partners. Participants will have the opportunity to try some inversion poses if the feel comfortable. They can also take part in group poses and pictures if requested. No previous experience or partners are required for this workshop.
