Full relaxation is the aim of this yoga class. It's a great practice for people looking to de-stress. You will be guided into longer held poses that will allow the mind to tune out and the body restore through stretching and deeper breathing. Please come equipped with your own yoga mat and water. Extra yoga mats will be provided if needed.
