An Introduction to basic yoga postures and breathing. We will explore basic principles of yoga alignment and breathing for better health and stress reduction. Students will receive step-by-step verbal instructions and visual demonstration of the postures. If you have never done yoga before, this class is for you! As it is designed to meet the needs of beginning students. Rated E for Everyone!
