FLEX PASS FAQ
What is a FLEX Pass?
A Green Light Arts FLEX Pass is a discounted bundle of 4 or 6 tickets to performances in our 2019-2020 theatre season. FLEX Pass tickets can be used in any combination, for any performance (you can use all of them for one show by bringing friends or divide them up between shows… and bring your friends!).
Why are you offering a FLEX Pass?
FLEX Pass is a type of theatre subscription that will encourage you to build excitement for upcoming shows, be flexible with your theatre-going and save you money while doing it!
This is a new initiative for Green Light Arts. As we look to future seasons, we would like to pilot a different way of doing tickets. We want you, our theatre patrons, to have more of a relationship with our season of work!
How much does a FLEX Pass cost?
FLEX4 $60 +HST $15/tix
That’s 25% off the ONLINE General Admission price (reg. $20+HST) and 40% off the IN-PERSON ticket price (reg. $25+HST)
FLEX6 $80 +HST $13.33/tix
That’s 33% off the ONLINE General Admission price (reg. $20+HST) and 47% off the IN-PERSON ticket price (reg. $25+HST)
Are seats assigned?
No. All tickets are general seating. Please arrive at the theatre 20 minutes before the show to grab great seats as they are first-come, first-served. (If you require accessible seating or have particular access needs, please contact us at 226-444-8011 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reserve seating for you)
Do FLEX Passes expire?
Yes. FLEX Passes expire on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at 6:30pm – 1 hour before the last performance of Chautauqua which is also the last performance in our 2019-2020 Season.
Are there any performances that are exempt?
The only performance that is exempt is the Dec 14th performance of A Very Leila Christmas as that is booked for a private holiday party! All other performances for A Very Leila Christmas and Chautauqua are available.
How far in advance do I have to book my show tickets?
You can book your FLEX Pass show tickets up to 1 hour before a performance.
PLEASE NOTE: tickets are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking tickets for your preferred performances as soon as you can.
Can I exchange my tickets?
Yes! You need to get in touch with Ticketscene directly (email@example.com) to exchange your tickets. Please remember that tickets can only be booked online up to 1 hours before a performance and are subject to availability.
Can I refund my tickets?
No. All sales for FLEX4 or FLEX6 are final and will not be refunded. Remember that these tickets may be used by friends and family too! We strongly recommend assigning the tickets to the names of your guests or sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of changes to who will be using your tickets.
What do I bring to the theatre?
You will receive a digital receipt from Ticketscene for tickets you book using your FLEX Pass. Please consider going paperless by showing us your digital ticket on your smart device when you arrive at the theatre. Alternatively, you can print your tickets and bring them with you to the theatre. Each patron MUST have a ticket assigned to them, digital or paper. Once you’ve redeemed your Flex Pass for a performance, your tickets will be registered under your name and/or the names of your guests that you assign.
