When one thinks of all the great performers of soul and rhythm & blues music, one doesn’t usually associate it with a young man from Northern Ontario – until they meet André Bisson. The award winning composer, arranger, guitar player and vocalist is one of the hardest working musicians around. Soulful, talented and sharp Bisson was clearly born with a passion for music and performing, as well as the smarts and talent to pull it all together and build a large following in Southern Ontario and beyond.

Since 2005 Andre Bisson has been performing his unique blend of original Rhythm & Blues and Soul Music throughout Canada, USA, and Europe. Andre has recorded, composed and arranged 8 studio and award winning albums that have reached orchestrations of up to 20 pieces and that has led to several international tours and sold out concerts. Notably Andre won the Male Vocalist of year award for the 2015 Hamilton Blues Awards. He was also nominated for a 2017 Maple Blues Awards, and a 2018 and 2019 Hamilton Arts Award as an established artist. He has opened up for artists such as Colin James, Jimmie Vaughan, Robben Ford and Steven Page. In 2020 Andre won in the Male Category for the International Song Competition for Blues & Roots Radio. Andre will be releasing a new album in Fall 2020!

Parking
1) On Site Parking and Street Parking : On Site there is space for up to 15 cars behind 27 and 25 Dundurn St North. Entrance is from Hunt St. Street Parking on Breadalbane and Hunt. 2) Chinese Christian Alliance Church and Church of Christ the King. Do not park in these lot on Sundays or during religious events. 3) Do not park in Fortino’s Plaza across the King Street. This lot is heavily monitored for towing, and you don’t need to park that far away.
