Mindful eating is all about using mindfulness to reach a state of full attention to your experiences, cravings, and physical cues when eating. Eating mindfully has many benefits like reducing stress, aiding digestion and bringing connection between mind and body. A handout to get you started and a healthful snack (with recipe) will be provided!

Emily is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher, and founder of Plant Forward Nutrition. She has a passion for helping people discover the foods and wellness habits that allow them to feel their best and cultivate a healthy relationship with food and body.
