How do I attend the event?

We are hosting Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department Midnight Release parties at select stores. First, pre-order the album at indigo.ca. When pre-ordering, choose the pickup option for in-store at Indigo The Well.

Then sign up through Ticketscene. 

Can I bring my friend with me?

Each person who gets a ticket through Ticketscene can bring one friend but they must choose this option when signing up. Your friends must also secure their own pre-order.

I’m underage, can I bring my parents?

Yes – one parent/guardian can attend with you.

I’ve pre-ordered Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department to my house or a different non-event store, what do I do?

IMPORTANT! Secure your spot at one of the events through Ticketscene first.
After your spot has been secured, please cancel your current pre-order. You can place a new pre-order and choose the pick-up option for The Well location, or you can purchase a copy of Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department at the event.

I’ve pre-ordered Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department to pick up at the store who is hosting the event, do I have to reserve a ticket?

Yes, as spaces are limited you still need to secure your spot through Ticketscene but you will be able to pick up your existing Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department pre-order at the event.

How many albums can I buy at the event?

You must pre-order Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department (either vinyl or CD), which guarantees that one copy will be available for you at the event.

Will other non-event stores have Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department in stock?

Stores will have stock of Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department (602458933314) landing after April 19.

If I get a ticket to the event but can no longer attend, can I send someone else in my place?

Tickets are not transferable. If you can’t attend, please contact Ticketscene at info@ticketscene.ca to cancel your ticket and free up the spot. Your pre-order will still be available for pickup at a later date.

How long with the event last?

The event will start at 10:30pm and will last until around 12:15am. Albums will go on sale right at midnight.

You must pre-order Taylor Swift's The Tortured Poets Department (either vinyl or CD), and show proof of purchase at the door, in addition to reserving a Ticketscene ticket.
