Our featured artist is mezzo soprano Barbara Sadegur, formerly of Opera Hamilton, along with Paul Wells, Bob and Rose Finlay and Central Elgin Mayor Andrew Sloan. Free refreshments courtesy of Higgins House will be available after the performance.
