Howe Island Rockin' the Rock Inc– Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to or attending Howe Island Rockin’ the Rock (the “Event”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. TICKETING & ENTRY
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
A valid ticket must be presented at the gate for admission. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
Attendees may be required to show valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.
Entry may be refused to any person at the discretion of event organizers or security personnel.
2. AGE RESTRICTIONS
This is an all-ages event. However, minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Alcohol will only be served to individuals 19 years or older with valid ID in designated areas.
3. SAFETY & CONDUCT
The Event is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Abusive, illegal, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Security staff reserve the right to remove any person from the venue without refund for violations of these terms.
Attendees are subject to security screening upon entry, including bag checks.
4. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following are strictly prohibited:

Weapons or items that could be used as weapons
Illegal substances or drugs
Fireworks or explosives
Outside alcohol or glass containers
Drones or unauthorized recording equipment
5. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
The Event will proceed rain or shine. Line-up and schedule are subject to change without notice.
In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, public health orders), refunds may be provided at the discretion of the organizers.
6. LIABILITY WAIVER
By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including injury, illness, or property loss. The organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and venue are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event.

7. MEDIA CONSENT
By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, and video recording. These may be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Howe Island Rockin’ the Rock and its affiliates without compensation.

8. PRIVACY
Personal information collected during ticket purchases will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for communication related to the event.

9. PARKING & TRANSPORTATION
Parking is limited. Please follow posted signage and instructions from parking attendants. The organizers are not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or belongings.

10. ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
Please help us keep the island clean. Dispose of waste responsibly in designated bins and respect local wildlife and natural surroundings.
