The season opens on October 18, 2025, with Mozart’s lively Overture to Così fan tutte, a sparkling curtain-raiser full of wit and charm from his comic opera of love and mistaken identities.
Chopin’s Piano Concerto No. 2, composed when he was just 20 years old, follows—an early Romantic gem brimming with lyricism and delicate virtuosity, performed by the gifted Joanne Yeh, winner of the Unionville Music Competition.
The program concludes with Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1, a bold debut symphony that both honors and challenges the Classical traditions of Haydn and Mozart.
