What: Your $XX ticket entitles your child to a 45-minute experience featuring:

• A chat and photo op* with Santa
• Cozy group story time with Santa
• Photo ops* and high-fives with our mascot, Geoffrey
• Free play at the ALEX Toys colouring station and Crazy Forts play area
• Future FREE admission to a PLAYLAB location near you (Conditions apply).
  *Using your device, so the pics are all yours!

Important notes:

• One child per ticket. One free adult per child.
• Maximum 20 children per session.
• Each child will receive one photo op with Santa.
• Event check-in begins 15 minutes prior to your scheduled 45-minute timeslot.
• Tickets are valid for a specific location and timeslot only.
• All ticket sales are final. Any missed appointments are forfeit.
