RockStock Canada 2026 (Weekend Pass)

WAIVER & RELEASE
By purchasing a RockStock Canada Festival ticket and entering the festival grounds (the “Park”), I, the buyer of this Festival ticket, UNDERSTAND and AGREE, on behalf of my minor children/ward(s), my heirs, my assigns, my representatives, and my next of kin, THAT I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with Park use, Festival participation, and all Festival programs and activities used by ME or my minor children/wards.

I hereby RELEASE all persons, organizations, or corporations associated with the Festival, including sponsors, organizers, advertisers, volunteers, staff, partners and funding bodies of RockStock Canada or the Park — even if a claim arises from negligence or gross negligence, including negligent rescue operations or procedures.

By entering the Festival, I confirm I have been given notice of this waiver of liability, and I FREELY CONSENT to a FULL AND FINAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY of all persons, organizations, or corporations associated with RockStock Canada, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

RockStock Canada
RockStock Canada organizers, officers, directors, officials, musicians, and staff
All volunteers, contractors, vendors, and participants
All Festival sponsors, partners, and advertisers
The property owners, managers, and/or lessors of the Park
Any medical, fire, police, or rescue personnel supporting the Festival
The Township of Essa, its elected officials, employees, agents, and representatives
(collectively, the “RELEASEES”)

I release the RELEASEES from any and all liability relating to injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from negligence, gross negligence, or otherwise.
I further agree to SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any litigation expense, legal fees, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to any claim made against them, whether the claim is based on negligence, gross negligence, or otherwise.

RAIL SAFETY & RESTRICTED AREA NOTICE
The Festival grounds are located adjacent to an active CP Rail line.
For your safety:

Railway tracks and railway property are strictly off-limits unless designated by the Venue.
No attendee, vendor, volunteer, or participant may cross, approach, climb, or enter the railway corridor at any time.
Trains may pass without warning, at high speed, and at any time of day or night.
Failure to obey rail safety rules may result in removal from the Festival without refund.
RockStock Canada and the RELEASEES assume no liability for any injuries, damages, or incidents arising from entering or attempting to enter restricted railway property.

NO LIABILITY FOR LOST OR STOLEN ARTICLES
Please secure all personal belongings.
RockStock Canada, its partners, sponsors, staff, and volunteers assume no liability whatsoever for lost, damaged, or stolen property.

The undersigned hereby irrevocably grants to RockStock Canada Inc, its successors, licensees, assigns, and authorized partners, the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to record, photograph, film, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publicly perform, modify, edit, adapt, and otherwise use the undersigned’s name, image, likeness, voice, performance, appearance, biographical information, and persona, in whole or in part, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to television, film, streaming platforms, websites, social media, advertising, promotional materials, archival use, and commercial exploitation, without further approval or compensation.
