Roots Music Barrie is excited to welcome Tanglefoot back to Barrie on Sept. 19.

Tanglefoot is a Canadian folk band best known for powerful songs, rich storytelling, and high-energy, deeply engaging live performances. Formed in the early 1980s, the band spent nearly three decades touring extensively and releasing a body of work that became a cornerstone of contemporary Canadian folk music.

Now returning for select performances, Tanglefoot brings the songs, the stories, and the spirit of Canada back to the stage, vibrant, audience-forward, and rooted in the tradition that made them beloved across the country.

Tanglefoot concerts are dynamic and immersive. Audiences can expect:

Concert details

The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. and takes place at Bethel Community Church (128 St. Vincent St., Barrie). Doors open at 7 p.m. Please arrive promptly as latecomers will be seated during an appropriate break between songs.

TICKETS

Tickets are $35 (plus service charges). They are non-refundable, but are transferable. PLEASE NOTE: Online ticket sales end at 6 p.m. on Sept. 19. If not sold out, there may be limited tickets available at the door for $40 (cash only). Seating is general admission.
