Join us for a grounding yoga practice rooted in compassionate community care. Des is a trauma-informed Yoga Therapist in training who facilitates restorative practices which centre yoga philosophy connected with breath and movement.
Everyone is welcome at all levels of experience and extra mats are available.
Indoor space available in case of rain.
A note from Des, Yoga Therapy student:
Gentle reminder that there is no rush to sign up in advanced for these practices especially if you are unsure you might not make it on the day of.
We do encourage registering but drop-in is also welcome!
If you notice registration is full, please drop-in or email Des: desmathews.yoga@proton.me to check in about showing up.
There will probably be space for you!
