The club became particularly famous as the longtime home of Electric Pow Wow, the groundbreaking Indigenous DJ collective now known as The Halluci Nation, cementing its reputation as more than just a party venue but a site of community and artistic expression. While not fancy, its unpretentious character and consistently lively atmosphere made it a beloved gathering place for students, locals, and touring performers alike.
