Do you feel the chill in the air? Hear the sound of squirrels and raccoons skittering around the perimeters of your house, looking for a warm spot to overwinter? Smell the woodsmoke of your neighbour's cozy fireplace?
Are you sure that's what it is? Or is it the scent of burning hair, the tippy-tap of tiny porcelain fingers, the chill of something... unearthly? "Come play with us" they say, smiles plastered on their peeling faces, vacant eyes staring at something you can't see -- something just over your left shoulder. Is it the same something your cat has been trying to warn you about for years? Your cat won't say; you'll have to ask the dolls... if you dare.
They'll be travelling from their home in Peterborough to take over the Broom for two days this October! Each doll has its own biography; some are tragic, some are whimsical, and some are just plain terrifying. Come read their histories; tell them your darkest secrets in return -- they'll keep them safe (probably).
