LTZ ✯ Friday night headliners at the Lighthouse Blues Festival 2021 in Kincardine, ON.
A powerful trio featuring Cheryl Lescom, Rick Taylor, and Chuckee Zehr. A talented combination that promises electrifying vocals and soaring piano and guitar solos. All three musicians have long histories of award-winning performances across the country in clubs and major festival stages.
Cheryl Lescom ✯ Vocalist/Songwriter
Cheryl Lescom has been part of the Canadian music scene for over 45 years. Starting in 1975 with several of her own bands before becoming a backup singer for Ronnie Hawkins and touring with Long John Baldry. The late, great Long John Baldry once said, “Cheryl Lescom has one of the best and biggest voices in Canada.”
She has toured and performed with the likes of Jeff Healey, Matt Minglewood, Dutch Mason, the Downchild Blues Band, Jack DeKeyser, Del Shannon, David Wilcox, Mel Brown, Paul James, Bill Durst and The Detroit Women.
Rick Taylor ✯ Guitarist/Vocalist/Songwriter/Producer
Long regarded as one of Canada's finest finger-style guitarists, Rick Taylor brings a high-level energy to the stage. A 50 plus year veteran of the guitar, he cut his teeth on early Delta Blues, Folk, and Rock music. Rick is the recipient of the Jimmy Lewis "Life Time of the Blues Award" and a three-time winner of The Great Lakes Blues Society ‘Road To Memphis’ (International Blues Challenge) competition.

Chuckee Zehr ✯ Pianist/Vocalist/Songstress/Musical Director
From Blues to Rock, with a taste of R&B, Gospel, and Classical, Chuckee’s musical character has been influenced by many.
She has performed in many bands, theatre productions, and studio works. Whether in a small, intimate solo/duo setting or with a full band in large venues, Chuckee likes a personal connection with the audience. She delivers her songs with passion, emotion, humour, and fun.
