Catastrophic floods, driven by climate change and loss of natural infastructure, are impacting communities across Canada with increasing frequencies and magnitude. The predictions show more rain.... leading to flooding and loss both personal and as a community. Blair will talk about what you as an individual and what communities can do about this. He will present practical solutions to limit community and residential flooding and financial loss.
He will be joined by Dr. John T Anderson a marine scientist and a local climate change expert. John has researched and given many talks on climate change and serves as a scientific advisor on climate change issues.
