We are a brand-new country music festival, taking place in the small town of Burford, Ontario. Our aim is to host a festival with live music that appeals to just about any audience. Our goal is to feature entertainers with country roots, performing the classics you know and love, while also performing songs from the many other branches of the genre. You can expect to hear modern country, folk country, a little classic southern rock and the list goes on. If we don't have you singing along or tapping your toes to a song you love throughout the weekend, we haven't done our jobs.
What makes us different than any other summer music festival in the area? By attending the Country Roots Music Festival, you are also contributing to our support of a greater cause. Our event was born with the intent of supporting Make-A-Wish® Canada and their mission to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Fortunately, this partnership has officially been secured and our festival will be carried out in support of Make-A-Wish® Canada! We will be supporting Make-A-Wish® Canada by providing them with a donation following the festival. This donation will be comprised of funds from ticket sales, campsite sales, sponsors, vendor fees, prize draws and Country Roots merchandise sales. We hope to see you at the first annual Country Roots Music Festival, where we will band together to make wishes come true!
