Saugeen County Chorus and Orchestra Grey Bruce are delighted to present their 22nd live performance of Handel’s Messiah at Knox Presbyterian Church, 345 Durham St., Kincardine on Saturday December 17, 2022 starting at 7:00pm.
This will be the first Messiah concert after two years due to the pandemic.
The concert is an annual fundraising event for the Kincardine Summer Music Festival.
Robert Tite will be the Conductor.
The performance will feature four fabulous soloists: Nicole Reid, soprano; Gena van Oosten, alto; Matt Chittick, tenor and Aaron Dimoff, bass baritone.
The Orchestra will be led by Jeremy Potts, violin I; Reanne Kruisselbrink, violin II; Rob Davidson, viola and Bryan Holt, cello.
Special soloists are Shawn Spicer and Ken Baldwin, trumpets and Laura McAlpine, organ.
Approximately 50 singers have planned to perform, and the Orchestra has 32 players.
This will be a terrific event, guaranteed to lift your spirits!
Tickets are $25, those 16 years and younger admitted free!
