A panel of leading women in our community will address Misinformation, Disinformation and the Impact on Women’s Lives
Our panelists are Dr. Miriam Klassen , Medical Officer of Health, Perth Huron, Jasmine Clark Executive Director, Optimism Place, and Robyn Godfrey, Librarian, Stratford Public Library.
Our panel moderator is Kathy Vassalakos, former Stratford City Councillor.
Robyn will set the stage with an interactive session on mis and dis information.
Miriam will address how mis/dis in public health affects women.
Jasmine will address how it impacts our understanding of domestic violence and the challenges in addressing it.
Funds raised by this event are used to support educational scholarships and to help improve the lives of women and girls in the community.
A buffet breakfast is included in the ticket.
