Reynolds, Robinson & Lodge is a folk trio that evolved from three good friends getting together on a regular basis to enjoy each other's company, share their passion for good music and sip a little of our favourite beverage. Joining the lads for this concert will be fiddler Sarah Louise McGregor and percussionist Cheryl Prashker of the Irish supergroup RUNA.

After Mike Reynolds, Warren Robinson & John Lodge first heard and met The Kruger Brothers, Mike was inspired to do more with some tunes he'd been tinkering with over time, and began developing them into performance pieces. Of course, using a banjo to do so has it's inherent issues, and he quickly engaged some accomplices, um ... accompanists. As the trio's body of work grew, and given its collective and fading ability to remember things, it became apparent that Mike's music needed to be recorded for posterity, or at least for posterior use. And so along came Reynolds, Robinson & Lodge's first CD, "Into the Wind", designed to reflect the variety of the trio's music, the depth and breadth of its passion, Mike's innate talent for creating great tunes, and sprinkled with some covers of great music that they enjoy playing together.

A second CD "Haze Around the Moon - The Livery Sessions" was released in 2017. It features more original work than their first CD, more vocals, and a wider variety of instruments for a more varied and complex sound. Reynolds, Robinson & Lodge offer an eclectic blend of original acoustic folk music, with influences from Bluegrass, Jazz, Celtic & Country. And according to critics: "authentic", “clean, crisp & smooth – not unlike a fine beer” & “fabulous blend of instrumentals & vocals”.
